These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of Astroconnect (“the Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), which provides astrology, spiritual advisory, and related services via mobile and web applications. By accessing or using Astroconnect, you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Astroconnect. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law.
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. Each user may have only one active account.
Astroconnect offers both free and paid astrology-based services. Some features (such as personalized consultations) require registration or payment.
Services may be provided by independent astrologers (“Service Providers”). Astroconnect acts solely as an intermediary and is not responsible for the accuracy or outcomes of advice/recommendations given by Service Providers.
All predictions, advice, and remedies are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Astroconnect does not guarantee results or outcomes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to use Astroconnect for unlawful, harassing, abusive, or harmful activities.
Content posted or shared on the Platform must not infringe on intellectual property rights, contain offensive material, or encourage illegal activity.
All payments for paid services must be made through secure payment gateways integrated with the Platform.
Once a paid astrological service has started or been delivered, refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to review.
Any request for refunds must be made within 24 hours of the service and will be reviewed case-by-case. The decision of Astroconnect shall be final.
All content on the Platform—including text, graphics, designs, and logos—are the property of Astroconnect or its licensors and must not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without permission.
User-generated content grants Astroconnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, or remove said content as necessary for legal compliance or service improvement.
Astroconnect is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of information or predictions provided.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
You may not engage in activities that are harmful to the platform or other users, including hacking, spreading malware, impersonating others, sending spam, or violating applicable laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account breaching these Terms without notice and refuse any and all current or future use of Astroconnect.
Astroconnect may modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted in-app or on the website, and your continued use constitutes acceptance.
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or feature services by independent providers. We are not responsible for the content, privacy, or practices of these third parties.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Astroconnect, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from all claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, India.
