By registering as an astrologer or service partner (“Partner”) on Astroconnect (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Platform as a Partner.
You must be 18 or older and legally eligible to provide professional services under Indian law.
Accurate personal, professional, and KYC details must be provided during onboarding.
All included qualifications, certifications, or testimonials must be true and verifiable.
Astroconnect reserves the right to accept, reject, or terminate any registration at its discretion.
You may offer astrology, tarot, spiritual counseling, or related services only within your area of expertise.
All consultations, reports, chats, and calls must be conducted professionally, ethically, and respectfully.
Predictions and advice must not be guaranteed or misleading; you must issue clear disclaimers as per Astroconnect policy and Indian law.
You must not offer medical, legal, or other non-licensed advice.
Partners must not share any confidential user data outside the platform or use such data for any purpose other than providing Astroconnect services.
Professional behavior, courtesy, and respect toward all users and platform staff is mandatory.
Any false, offensive, or fraudulent conduct, harassing or discriminatory behavior will result in immediate suspension and possible legal action.
You may not subcontract, transfer, or share your account or work with other individuals without written consent from Astroconnect.
You acknowledge that Astroconnect will collect all payments from users, deduct a platform fee/commission as agreed, and remit payouts to your provided bank or UPI account.
Payment frequency and methods will be as communicated via the Partner Dashboard or email.
Astroconnect is not liable for tax compliance; you are solely responsible for your tax obligations.
Any dispute regarding earnings or payments must be raised within 14 days of payout.
All content (including written, audio, video, and graphics) created for or uploaded to the platform remains your intellectual property, but by submitting content, you grant Astroconnect a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and promote it as required for platform operation and marketing.
You must not copy, share, or redistribute Astroconnect’s proprietary materials, app content, or data outside the platform.
Astroconnect reserves the right to monitor, record, and review all partner interactions for quality, compliance, and dispute resolution.
You must adhere to all platform guidelines, privacy policies, and legal obligations at all times.
Failing to uphold quality standards or violating laws will result in disciplinary action, including possible termination, withholding of payouts, and legal proceedings.
You may access user data, analytics, and platform insights only for your work on Astroconnect.
You agree not to solicit Astroconnect users for competing services outside the platform (for a period of 1 year after your account is deactivated).
Any breach of confidentiality will result in termination and possible legal liability.
Astroconnect reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts at any time for breach of terms, poor conduct, fraud, or loss of user trust.
You may close your Astroconnect account at any time by written request; you may not offer or provide further services to Astroconnect users off-platform for 1 year following closure.
Astroconnect is a technology platform connecting partners and users and is not responsible for the quality, legality, or outcome of advice given.
The platform is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind as to revenue, user volume, or platform uptime.
Any disputes arising in relation to these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh.
Any unresolved disputes after internal escalation shall be settled by arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
Astroconnect may update these terms at any time. All changes will be notified via email or the Partner Dashboard. Continued use implies acceptance of modifications.
