OVERVIEW

Astroconnect is committed to user satisfaction and service transparency. This Refund Policy explains circumstances under which refunds may be issued for services and products purchased on our platform. By availing any paid service or ordering any product on Astroconnect (mobile app or website), you agree to abide by this policy.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Refund eligibility is governed both by the nature of the service/product and by the stage of fulfilment.

  • All refund requests are subject to the terms below and will be processed only after due verification and internal review by Astroconnect.

SERVICES

1. Digital/Consultation/Report Services

  • No Refund after Processing:
    No refund shall be processed once the order for an astrological report or consultation has reached the “processing” or “assigned to astrologer” stage, or after the consultation has started/delivered.

  • Order Cancellation by User (Before Processing):
    Users may request cancellation within 1 (one) hour of successful payment for a service, provided the service has not entered processing or execution. Any such request will be reviewed and acceptance is at Astroconnect’s discretion.

  • Incorrect Information:
    No refund shall be issued for orders where incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information was supplied by the user. Users are responsible for double-checking their input before submitting requests. If you need to amend data, contact customer care within 1 hour of payment.

  • Technical Issues:
    Technical or server delays will not ordinarily qualify for a refund so long as the service is subsequently delivered, though Astroconnect will take reasonable steps to ensure timely completion.

2. “Call with Astrologer” and On-demand Consultation

  • No refund will be provided if the user fails to receive the call due to phone coverage, incorrect contact details, or not answering the call.

  • No refund is given once the call is successfully connected and the consultation has commenced.

3. Products (Physical Goods/Spiritual Store)

  • Damage after Delivery:
    No refunds will be processed for products damaged after delivery. Users are advised to check their products immediately upon receipt.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders:
    For orders returned after Cash on Delivery, the user will be charged for both product cost and applicable shipping/courier/customs charges.

  • Display Images:
    Product images on the app or website are for reference only. Small variations in color/design will not be grounds for refund.

4. Multiple Payments

  • Any duplicate payments detected for the same order will be refunded fully, less applicable transaction processing charges.

5. Activation Delays

  • Astroconnect may consider pro-rata refunds for significant delays (beyond committed timelines) in activating subscription services, subject to internal review.

REFUND PROCESS

  • All refund requests must be initiated by contacting Astroconnect Support at contact@astroconnect.app within the specified timeframes.

  • Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original method of payment, after deducting transaction charges, bank/payment gateway fees, and shipping/customs charges (for physical goods), as applicable.

NON-ELIGIBLE CASES

  • No refund will be provided for dissatisfaction with the content or advice received, for change of mind, or for the astrological outcome not matching expectations.

  • No refund for incorrect contact details or user non-availability at the scheduled time.

  • No refund for services purchased during special offers or at discounted rates, except as otherwise provided explicitly.

AMENDMENTS

Astroconnect reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. All changes will be updated on our platform, and continued usage constitutes acceptance.
